Prices in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe, which adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are. EverTLS never sees your card details.

What counts as a certificate?+
One certificate in EverTLS, whatever names it covers (up to 100). A certificate for example.com and *.example.com together counts once. Renewals never count: a certificate renewed every 60 days is still one certificate.
What happens if I go over my plan?+
On Pro and Business you can keep adding certificates; each one above your plan is billed at the per-certificate price from your next invoice. On Free, you choose a plan before adding a third. Whatever happens, the certificates you already have keep renewing and installing.
How does the trial work?+
New organizations get every Business feature for 14 days, without a card. We email you before it ends. If you don't choose a plan, your organization moves to Free: nothing is deleted and your certificates keep renewing, but you can't add more than Free allows.
Do you charge for agents or servers?+
No. Pro and Business include unlimited agents, so you can put one on every server, and agent groups install a certificate on a whole load-balanced pool at once.
Which certificate authorities are included?+
All of them, on every plan: Let's Encrypt, Google Trust Services, ZeroSSL, SSL.com and Actalis, plus any ACME CA of your own. Set one as a backup and EverTLS issues from it automatically when your main CA has a problem.
Can I change plans or cancel?+
Any time, from Settings → Billing in the dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. If you cancel, your plan stays until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to Free. Your certificates keep renewing.
Is there a self-hosted version?+
Yes. The self-hosted edition is the same software as EverTLS Cloud, licensed as part of Enterprise. Get in touch.
